::meet Sarah::
A soldier met a teacher. They fell madly in love, and as the saying goes...first comes love, then comes marriage, then comes baby in a baby carriage!
When expecting her firstborn, Sarah immersed herself in the world of birth- attending a childbirth class, learning pain management techniques, quoting statistics to her patient spouse, and prepping for the addition to the family. Her nesting was not organizing as much as it was memorizing!
Sarah and her husband have shared the joy of welcoming two healthy babies into their family.
Sarah has a bachelor's degree in Public Relations from Purdue, an elementary education certification from IU, and successfully completed a PfB official Lamaze training in Bloomington, Indiana.
Maven was established in 2012 to offer Lamaze-based pregnancy classes for busy mamas-to-be throughout Kentuckiana.

"I've watched women assume their labor and delivery experience would meet their expectations only to walk away from their child's birth frustrated and disappointed. I want mamas to be informed consumers in the birth industry. I know that we don't always have time to do the research...it can be overwhelming. That's where Maven comes in! We're here to grow your knowledge, boost your confidence, and help you form bonds with other mamas-to-be. We're the newest generation of Lamaze based pregnancy classes."
